About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:? Reactive & planned maintenance across the site? Electrical & mechanical repairs - fault-finding & servicing? Working with HVAC, plumbing, and general building services? Ensuring smooth operation of critical building systems
What You Need:
? Multi-skilled experience (Electrical & Mechanical)? Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 and 18th Edition)? Experience in commercial building maintenance? Proactive approach & ability to work independently
