The Role

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Shift Engineer to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team in Moorgate, London. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems within a commercial office building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical Expertise: Handle electrical applications and attend to reactive calls.
  • Maintenance: Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within set time frames.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with ad-hoc tasks and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Shift Coverage: Work shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
  • System Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of all plant and systems on-site.
  • Appointed Person: Become the Appointed Person (AP) for your site if required.

What You Bring

  • Qualifications: City & Guild level 2 minimum / NVQ level 3 minimum.
  • Experience: Previous engineering position within the service industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of control systems, HVAC systems, IEE 17th Edition, and IOSH Working Safely minimum.
