A leading FM company with contracts in Universities, high end office's, and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement for a Static Electrical maintenance Engineer based in London Euston on a Large commercial site paid up to 36k Basic dependant on experience

As the Static Electrical maintenance Engineer, you will be: -

• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all Electrical systems and assist with mechanical plant PPM's

• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer will be assisting with breakdowns on all Mechanical plant Electrical systems
• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer will be completing emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, BMS monitoring, ballast changes, small work installs including sockets and switches
• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer will be paid up to 36K dependant on experience, + package and company benefits + 28 Days Holiday

Requirements for the Static Electrical maintenance Engineer: -

• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all electrical systems
• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer must have an NVQ/ City Guilds in Electrics level 2 or 3 with 18th edition
• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer to have strong fault-finding skills and reactive repairs experience
• Static Electrical maintenance engineer will be put through an enhanced DBS check
• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer will work on site 08:30 - 17:30 Mon-Fri
• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer will be within easy access to London Euston Square
• Static Electrical maintenance Engineer will need to be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
