Static Maintenance Engineer - SW London Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional out-of-hours work) The Role: Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties Key Responsibilities: 路 Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) 路 Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service 路 Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS) 路 Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks 路 Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations What You Need: 路 3+ years in a similar maintenance role 路 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher) 路 Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing 路 IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial) 路 L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable) Whats on Offer? 路 Competitive salary 路 Company phone & laptop 路 Pension scheme 路 25 days holiday (increases with service) 路 Further training & career development opportunities
