Salary: 47,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times

Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 3, 17th or 18th Edition Certification.
- Experience: FM maintenance and critical commercial experience.
- Residency: Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
- Checks: Must pass a DBS check with no criminal record.
