We are seeking an Electrical Installation Assessor to join our team, supporting learners aged 16+ and adults. This role involves travelling to various locations in East and South East London, with a reimbursement of 45p per mile for travel expenses. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of up to 60 learners, integrating functional skills into the curriculum.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct assessments and provide instruction for electrical installation courses.
- Travel to various training locations in East and South East London to support learners onsite.
- Manage a caseload of up to 60 learners, ensuring each individual receives high-quality training and assessment.
- Embed functional skills into the electrical installation curriculum to enhance learner competencies in essential areas.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide timely feedback to enhance their learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Installation Assessor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical installation practices and standards.
- Ability to manage a significant caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and supporting learners.
- Commitment to integrating functional skills into vocational training.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated regions.
- Competitive mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile.
