Building Services Engineer- London
My client is a well-established integrated facilities management company, providing building services, maintenance, and engineering solutions, serving the Greater London area. They are looking for a passionate, loyal and dedicated Building Services Engineer to provide brilliant service across their many commercial facilities in Central London and Greater London.
Location: London
Salary: Up to £45,000pa dependent on experience
As Building Services Engineer, your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep the building running smoothly.
- Ensure all building systems comply with health, safety, and industry regulations through regular checks.
- Identify and fix faults in HVAC, lighting, power, and other essential building services.
- Test and monitor building systems to improve performance and energy efficiency.
- Keep accurate records, complete service reports, and provide necessary certifications.
- Work closely with facilities managers, contractors, and clients to ensure everything runs
The ideal Building Services Engineer will:
- Have experience in a F.M or B.S. engineering role
- Have a bias in Electrical, Mechanical or Air Conditioning
- Be confident in being first port of call for maintenance issues
- Be personable, confident, dedicated, and loyal
