Our client is a London based FM company who are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer. They carry out mechanical, electrical and HVAC maintenance across a number of commercial premises in the Kensington / Mayfair areas. They are looking to recruit a Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive building services maintenance across a portfolio of properties.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A recognised mechanical or electrical qualification.
- Experience of working in a building services maintenance role carrying out PPMs, emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, AHU maintenance, HVAC maintenance.
- A full UK driving licence.
You will be part of an on-call rota (1 in 12) and will be expected to visit the office every 1 to 2 months. The standard hours of work are 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
