Position Building Services Engineer

Salary Up to £38,000 per annum

Location Battersea, Southwest London

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into Engineering Manager

Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Building Services Technician based on a static site in Battersea, Southwest London, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the maintenance on-site and part of a 3 person team, my client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

The ideal candidate will have building services experience with experience across electrical and mechanical building services plant.

8 floors within the building.

Student accommodation site based in Battersea, Southwest London.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations, Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations - Desired

NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering - Desired

Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing & Heating - Desired

18th Edition - Desired
