2D CAD Technician - Mechanical Building Services

Based in Central London, the company are a very successful and well-respected Mechanical Building Services contractor.

Predominantly operating across the commercial, office fit out, hospitality and residential sectors, the company provide a full range of Mechanical services from design through to installation and commissioning with typical project values ranging from £50k up to £1m.

As a result of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced CAD Technician to join their pre-construction design team. There is an option of Hybrid Working - 2 days office based and 3 days working remotely from home.

CAD Technician - Desirable Experience and Key Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a CAD Technician
• Mechanical Building Services experience is essential
• Strong Design and Construction knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of CAD Technician include:

• Base salary: £42,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
• Option of Hybrid Working - 2 days office based and 3 days working remotely from home
