Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compex Electrician to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in hazardous areas. This role involves working across various sites in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in hazardous areas.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults.
- Collaborating with other trades and project teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- COMPEX Certification (must be up to date).
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (must be current).
- ECS Card (must be valid).
- COMPEX 9 & 10 (specific certification for working in explosive atmospheres).
- Previous experience in hazardous areas.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety and regulations.
