Duties

  • PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant systems
  • Resolving any lighting/power issues on the site
  • Fire alarm test
  • Emergency light testing
  • Sprinkler testing
  • HVAC maintenance - fault finding and repair to AHUs/FCUs and general AC systems
  • CRAC system maintenance
  • Networking/IT configuration skills (desirable, though not essential)
  • Generator testing
  • Locating faults on BMS
  • Chiller resets and repair work
  • Fault finding on pumps
  • Maintenance on switchgears/panels

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years commercial building services maintenance experience
  • Critical site experience - hospital, data centre, critical banking building
  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations (or equivalent)
  • C&G 18th Edition
  • HV/LV AP (desirable)
