Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct remedial works and testing with precision.
- Install domestic alarms, consumer units, emergency lighting, re-wires, wet rooms, and more.
- Handle day-to-day reactive works efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent judgement, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Plan and manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Be proactive and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 18th Edition City and Guilds certification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fault finding and testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and technology.
- Experience working on social housing contracts or similar environments.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Own tools (a tools package is available if needed).
