Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to work fora family-lead business which have been around for over 100 years, comprising facility management experts specialising in luxury residential schemes and commercial developments
This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for a static site in Hammersmith, Central London.
- Single person site.
- Parking available onsite.
- FCU & AHU servicing.
- Fire alarms tests.
- Client facing & excellent communication skills.
- You will be maintaining apartments, main plant rooms & communal areas.
- Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations
