JOB INFORMATION - Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Static
- The position is a site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical & mechanical PPM's including fire alarms, general lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials etc. HVAC plant, plantroom checks, tap temperature readings/flushing,
- Electrical maintenance and compliance, remedials and upgrades
- This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of a new contract, you will be part of a small team based on a high end residential/office block.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Static
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good basic knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
- Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would also be offered for the right candidate.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
- We are looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customer on site.
