Are you an experienced building services electrical - multi skilled shift engineer looking for an exciting new role?

I am supporting a market leading, FM provider in their search for a new shift engineer for a site in EC postcode maintaining a landlord contract.

48,000 - 49,000 + overtime

Continental shift pattern - 12 hour shifts days and nights

Commercial office space

Growing FM company

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical maintenance
  • Plant room checks
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Water Treatment, closed water systems
  • Chillers
  • Plumbing
  • BMS Systems
  • PPM's and reactive maintenance

Requirements:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th or 18th edition
