Job Title: Electrical Multi -Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: High-End Commercial Site (Static) Central London
Salary: 44,000 - 47,000 + overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. In this static position, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and efficient operation of all electrical systems to ensure they meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues effectively and promptly.
- Building services mechanical systems AHU's, HVAC's, plumbing
- Conduct safety checks and ensure all electrical systems comply with regulations and site-specific requirements.
- Complete and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Liaise with site management, contractors, and vendors to coordinate repairs and system upgrades.
- Assist with the installation of new electrical equipment and systems as required.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or a similar electrical discipline.
- City and Guilds 18th Edition
