Electrical Maintenance - Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: High-End Commercial Offices (W1 Postcode)
Salary: 42,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join our team, working in prestigious commercial office spaces in the heart of London's W1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Service and maintain electrical infrastructure, responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
- PPMs & Reporting: Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure eLogbooks are accurately updated.
- Reactive Works: Attend reactive calls and resolve issues within contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
- Subcontractor Oversight: Conduct inductions for subcontractors and oversee their work.
- Site Operations: Take ownership of tasks assigned by the Site Manager, ensuring successful completion.
- AP Duties: Become the Authorised Person (AP) for the site as needed.
- System Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of all plant, systems, and control mechanisms.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Site Manager, including event and daily reports.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date logbooks and records.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship.
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and client-facing environments.
- SH Working Safely (minimum).
