Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Central London,
My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Multi Skilled Engineer to work on a single man site in central London.
- Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm,
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance on a commercial facilitie, to electrical and HVAC plant.
As the Electrical maintenance engineer your duties will be:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Light replacements, emergancy light testing, fire alarm testing, UPS, minor repairs, changing filters on AHU's, and other general building service maintenance duties.
- Liaising with end user
- Generation and completion of tasks and H&S paperwork
What the Electrical maintenance engineer will need to succeed.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in an electrical maintenance role within building services / commercial environment.
- The candidate must hold Level 3 Electrical (or equivilent)
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
- Must be willing to assist end client in other requirements if needed
