The Role
As an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the companys reputation for high standards and compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing the inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations, ensuring all works meet the stringent NICEIC regulations. This is an office-based role with opportunities to engage in field support, providing technical guidance engineers, and assisting with their ongoing training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an additional QS under our NICEIC registration
- Verify and electronically log all electricians' inspection and testing results, ensuring accurate certification for clients
- Conduct post-inspection checks to ensure compliance and quality, reporting findings to the Divisional Manager
- Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers
- Assist in the preparation for annual NICEIC inspections and produce necessary documentation
- Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions to engineers
- Support senior management with contract administration and compliance
- Participate in the progression and appraisals of engineers and apprentices
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications

- Experience in social housing compliance is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
