Hybrid Role - Covering North & West London

The purpose of your role is to ensure that properties managed by the company are maintained properly. You will lead and manage a team of Electricians, provide high-level customer service, be responsible for Health & Safety compliance and take ownership of authorising spending & managing budgets.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Supervisor within a recognised scheme (i.e. NICEIC,ECA, ELECSA) who has knowledge and experience of working in a building or housing environment, such as social housing, local authorities and other similar fields.

This role would suit a Qualified Supervisor from a Housing/Building background who is looking for improved career prospects and job security and would like to work for a stable company that has many different progression opportunities available. The Role:

  • Ensuring that all properties are maintained correctly and to a high standard
  • Managing a team of Electricians
  • Dealing with compliance and Health & Safety matters
  • Authorising spending and managing budgets

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Supervisor within a recognised scheme e.g. NICEIC
  • Experience within a Housing or Building environment such as Social Housing, Local Authorities etc
  • Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification or equivalent (C&G 2360, C&G 2365, C&G 2357)
  • Full Driving Licence
