Social Housing Reactive Maintenance Electrician

Our client is looking for an Electrician to join their company based in Walworth, London.

This is a permanent position with a salary of £40,000-£42,000- Based upon experience. Company Vehicle, fuel card, 22 days annual leave

The role:

Perform electrical repairs and renewals, collaborating with other trades as needed.
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety and technical standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, the scheduler, and your supervisor.
Follow Health & Safety and safeguarding regulations diligently.
Stay current with the technical and legal aspects of your field.
Work with other operatives to complete repairs when necessary.
After each job, complete time sheets and work sheets detailing the work done and materials used, using a PDA.

Testing & Inspection (Desirable)
