An Electrician is needed for a permanent role in social housing properties in Ealing and surrounding areas.
The position involves installation, fault finding, testing and inspection, and repairs in tenanted domestic properties.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £42,000, a van, and a fuel card, along with 25 days of annual leave and bank holidays.
Candidates should have NVQ Level 3, 18th edition, and 2391 or equivalent qualifications.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Ealing and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role within tenanted domestic properties. The role consists of a variety of work such as installation, fault finding, testing and inspection, and repairs.

The Electrician will receive:

42,000 basic salary
Van and fuel card
25 days annual leave and bank holidays

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Installation and repairs in domestic properties
Fault finding
Inspection and testing
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
