We have an Electrician vacancy, working for a well established property maintenance contractor, covering the London and surrounding areas. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a permanently employed position.

In return the successful Electrician will receive:

£48,000 per annum (OTE circa £75,000 per annum)
Company van and fuel card provided
Tools provided
Pension scheme
Work completion scheme
Overtime and call outs

As the Electrician you will be responsible for:

Carry out testing and inspecting on domestic properties
EICR's, fault finding, accessory changes etc.

The successful Electrician MUST have:

AM2
18th edition
2391
Level 3 Electrician
Full UK Driving license
Relevant social housing experience
