Sonic Summary

This is a permanent, full-time Electrician position based in North West London.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in social housing and hold a 2391 Qualification, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
The role involves conducting reactive maintenance work, including tasks related to fuse boards, rewiring, and sockets.
A company van and fuel card will be provided for work primarily within the social housing sector.

Job Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Salford. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance work within social housing properties.

Duties:

Reactive maintenance work (Fuse boards, re wires and sockets)
Testing work
Company van and fuel card provided
Work primarily within the social housing sector

Requirements:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations
ECS Gold Card
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
2391 Qualification is desirable
Experience in social housing
