In this role, your responsibilities will be to deal with all Electrical maintenance tasks within the company's properties. This will include fault finding, upgrades, electrical testing and ensuring that the properties are safe and compliant.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced domestic and/or commercial Electrician who has knowledge and experience of working in a building or housing environment, such as social housing, local authorities and other similar fields. They will also have a strong knowledge, awareness and understanding of Health & Safety requirements.

The Role:

  • Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance within Housing properties
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Van & Fuel Card provided
  • 40 Hours/week + Out of Hours rota

The Person:

  • Domestic or Commercial Electrician
  • Experience within a Housing or Building environment such as Social Housing, Local Authorities etc
  • Knowledge & Understanding of Health & Safety
  • Level 3 Electrical/Electrotechnical Qualification
  • 18th Edition (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 qualification in Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
