Following a number of recent major public sector contract wins and continued expansion plans, our client is seeking experienced qualified Electricians to join their major contracts delivery teams based around London and the South East.

About the role
You will be working around London and the home counties, so you must have a full UK driving licence. This role is ideal for someone who has the skills to advance their career within a growing group, by demonstrating high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, client focus and team work. Duties include:

  • Providing installation and maintenance services to domestic, commercial and public sector clients, normally as part of medium to long term contracts.
  • Work with architects, contractors and clients.
  • Diagnose and address functionality and safety issues
  • Install indoor and outdoor electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
  • Inspect and test electrical systems, including fuses, transformers and circuit breakers
  • Stay apprised of revisions to relevant building and safety regulations

For the position of Electrician, there is on offer a salary of £40,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About you
To be successful for the role of Electrician, you must have:

  • Good communication skills, initiative and attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a deadline driven team environment
  • At least 2 years' experience as a qualified electrician
  • BSth Edition
  • A full UK driving license
  • ECS Card or equivalent
  • C&G (City & Guilds) Level 3 2391/2392 or 2394/2395
  • Flexible approach and awareness of customer service values essential
