Workflow Recruitment are seeking an experienced Domestic Electrician for an ongoing long term contract role covering East and North London.
Our client are seeking an experienced Domestic Electrician with previous Repairs & Maintenance experience to start ASAP.
The role will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs, remedialsand testing toproperties on behalf of a housing association contractor.
The successful Domestic Electricianwill be required to cover properties all overEast and North London.
Minimum Electrician Requirements:
- City and Guilds 2357 or equivalent qualification.
- City and Guilds 2391 for Inspection and Testing.
- Preferable - C&G2377 Portable Appliance Testing
- Driving License + Own vehicle
- DBS check
- Ability to manage own workload
About theElectrician role:
- Assuring the properties are kept to the associations standard
- Ensure planned work, responsive and void electrical repairs are carried out efficiently and efficiently.
- Traveling to properties around East and North London
- Contributing when required with repairs and maintenance
- Testing and inspection to ensure electrical compliance levels are maintained
Hours of work:- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Payments will be made every Friday
