Experience in social housing is required, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Role:

This is afull-time position based in North/EastLondon area.As an Electrician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance work within social housing properties.

Duties:

Reactive maintenance work (Fuse boards, re wires and sockets)
Faults of Sockets
Communal Lighting
Covering North / North East London Postcodes

Requirements:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Gold ECS Card
Experience in social housing
