We have an opportunity for an Electrician (Part P) to carry out a full range of responsive repairs, as well as planned works and voids.

This is a static role therefore no van or fuel card will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems and fixtures in domestic social housing properties.
• Installing and upgrading electrical systems for heating and hot water, including boilers, immersion heaters, and heat pumps.
• Repairing and maintaining electrical components of hot water systems, such as unvented cylinders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Inspecting and testing electrical systems for functionality and safety, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with tenants about the work being carried out.
• Responding to tenant queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• JIB Gold Card (ECS Gold Card)
• Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
• Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)
• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations (2357)
• Part P certification
