The client is a Property Maintenance company based in London.
The client has 28 sites within London and the M25.
This particular position is based on The Strand.
Description
The key responsibilities:
- Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant
- Generators - visual checks
- Water temps and cooling tower
Profile
The successful candidate:
- C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th edition certificate
- Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
- Have good communication and organisation skills
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team
- Participate in a call out rota
