Salary up to 45,000 + OT & Optional Call-Out

The client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to handle fire alarms, heating systems, and general building services as wellbeing client-facing at all times ensuring our residents receive top-tier service. Over the past year, we have placed over 250 people with this esteemed provider.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair fire alarm and heating systems.
- Perform general building services work.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly.
- Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and address maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications.
- Experience with fire alarm and heating systems.
- Proficient in general building services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service in a client-facing role.
