Are you an experienced and qualified Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias and fancy working for an established SME with just 1 in 8 callout?  If you have previous experience in a van mobile role then we have the role for you.

We are currently recruiting for a Multi skilled engineer with an Electrical bias for an FM company who provide Total FM services for a range of commercial clients across the UK . The role is working as part of a large maintenance team carrying out reactive and planned maintenance for a number of commercial clients across the M25. The role is Electrically biased but you will need to be happy getting involved in other maintenance tasks whilst on site if need be

Duties 

  • To provide scheduled visits to sites under the planned preventative maintenance routine and breakdown assistance to carry out specialist tasks which may include; General electrical and building services installations, kitchen white goods maintenance, Air Conditioning electrical supplies and controls, decontamination equipment, general distribution systems, external lighting.
  • Support the HVAC technician when required.
  • Respond to reactive calls issued within the SLA.
  • Ensure all remedial tasks issued following statutory insurance inspections are undertaken as instructed.
  • Escalate reactive calls which require specialist involvement to resolve.
  • Provide advice and support on Health and Safety along with maintenance, testing of Life Safety systems.
  • Carry out PAT testing as required.
  • To be available to participate in multi-site on call out of hours roster for all the sites.
  • Provide supervision of subcontractors
