Maintenance Electrician
Location - London Central - On Site
Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 pm
Are you a qualified Electrician with a maintenance background looking for a new role? Our client is the UK's oldest independent building contractor with an annual turnover of GBP30m. They are looking for a skilled professional to join their PPM team.
The Role:
Organise daily mechanical and electrical work.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests.
Make scheduled maintenance checks.
Manage and complete mechanical and electrical works planned and unplanned to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
Keep documents for all departments for audit and legislative purposes.
What you'll need to have:
Relevant NVQ level 3.
Health and Safety trained.
Experience in a maintenance role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure as well as being a team player.
