Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: London
Salary: From £38,000 to £44,000 subject to experience level
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to deal with planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites across London and Greater London
This engineer will be visiting sites that include offices, schools, theatres, high end domestic residential, student accommodation as well as other commercial sites
They will be dealing with plant room maintenance, ahu and fan coil maintenance, hot and cold watertesting, legionella testing, alarm and sprinkler testing, emergency lighting as well as other maintenance duties
The right person for this position will already have a strong background in commercial buildings services maintenance. They need to be holding a full UK driving licence and at least a level 2 building services qualification
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Able to do mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel in central London
- Minimum of a level 2 qualification in building services
- Strong mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
