We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance and Installation Electrician to join a small yet highly reputable company operating in the commercial sector. With a focus on delivering top-notch fault finding, maintenance, repair, and testing services, our client has built a strong presence in London and surrounding counties.Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at various commercial buildings across London
  • Undertake planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to reactive maintenance callouts.
  • Conduct surveys and provide quotes for remedial works as necessary.
  • Carry out installation projects efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Perform testing and inspection tasks, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork using designated software.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior engineers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with contractors and clients, representing the company positively at all times.

Package:

  • £45,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Door to Door Travel Paid

Essential Requirements:

  • JIB Gold Card holder.
  • 2391 qualification or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 and completion of AM2.
  • Proficiency with the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair within commercial settings.
  • Strong testing, inspection, and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across London and surrounding counties.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
