Sonic Summary

The position is for an experienced Qualified Electrician who is also capable of performing handyman tasks as needed.
Candidates must possess a full UK driving license, their own tools, and be fully qualified with relevant certification.
Experience in social housing is essential, along with an ECS card, ideally.
The role offers a salary commensurate with experience and includes benefits like a company van and 28 days of paid holiday.
Working hours are from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend day required every four weeks.

The role is to -

Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing

Requirements for Job:

·Full UK driving license – not EU licence

·Own tools

·Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificate

·Experience of working in social housing

·ECS card - ideally

Hours of work are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required.
