Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Lan Williams is currently seeking an experienced Temporary Electrician to join our team for ongoing work in Northwest London. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work in social housing properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding job requirements and completion timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in social housing repairs.
- Own vehicle and tools (van or car acceptable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Benefits:

- Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile, paid weekly.
