Your Role as a Reactive Maintenance Electrician:
As part of our team, youll handle tasks such as:
- Electrical accessory replacements.
- Consumer unit and lighting upgrades.
- Fault finding and minor installations.
- Emergency lighting repairs, ventilation fixes, fire alarm maintenance, and more.
Reactive Maintenance Electrician Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Troubleshoot and report faults in electrical systems.
- Read and interpret site and electrical drawings.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with residents and clients.
- Accurately complete job paperwork via the Oneserve app.
- Participate in training and adapt to changes that benefit the company.
What Youll Bring:
- Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- City and Guilds 2382-18 (18th or 17th edition).
- Valid CSCS/ECS card and Asbestos Awareness certification.
- A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months.
Requirements for Reactive Maintenance Electrician:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and building regulations.
- Excellent practical skills, planning, and communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and a knack for team collaboration.
Work Arrangements:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid break. Flexible start & finish is available.
- Travel: Assignments may require travel across London.
