The role is based all within the M25 of London and comes with a salary up to £38,000 salary plus a 10% bonus just for carrying out the work, which takes your annual take-home to £41,800! The company can also offer flexible start and finish times to give you a good work/life balance. My client has more than 70 Electricians working for them throughout London, they have been in operation since 2000 with constant regular work and winning new contracts with Housing Associations & Retailers (70% domestic & 30% commercial).The client also have their very own training academy to help you push through to get fully qualified OR gain other relevant qualifications. Responsibilities for Reactive Maintenance Electrician

Undertaking electrical and building maintenance works.
Have a good understanding of electrical systems and be able to identify/ report faults.
Interpret electrical / site drawings when necessary
Minor installation work
Ensure safe working procedures in accordance with the current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations.

Essential Requirements for Reactive Maintenance Electrician

FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE
Reactive maintenance experience
17th or 18th Edition City and Guilds 2382-18 or equivalent certificate
Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card

Desirable Requirements for Reactive Maintenance Electrician

City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent)
AM2 / NVQ Level 3 / Gold Card
