- Hourly Rate: Up to £50ph depending on qualifications and experience

Day-to-day of the role Electrical Assessor :
- Provide remote training and support to learners undertaking EAL Level 3 Maintenance qualifications.
- Assess and review learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions tailored to learner needs.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical training and assessment standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications the Electrical Assessor role:
- Must possess AM2 certification.
- NVQ Level 3 in a relevant electrical field.
- Assessors qualification or equivillant.
- Maths and English GCSE or equivillant.
- Proven experience in training and assessing in the electrical sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and supporting learners.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
