Description
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in our residential properties.
- Regularly conducting maintenance checks to ensure electrical systems are working correctly.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
- Promptly responding to emergency call-outs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Working closely with the property management team to address any concerns or queries.
- Assisting in the installation of new electrical systems as required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Documenting completed tasks and reporting any larger issues to management.
Profile
A successful Residential Maintenance Electrician should have:
- Electrical NVQ or City and Guilds qualifications
- 18th Edition qualification
- 2391 Certificate
- A valid UK Drivers license
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency call-outs outside of regular working hours.
