Residential Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly skilled and ambitious surveyor (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS) to join my client's team. This role presents a unique chance to work in the prime property market, handling a low volume of specialised surveys and ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service quality.

The Company
A specialist firm in the survey and valuation of prime residential properties across London, the Home Counties, and the South East, this company takes immense pride in providing the highest quality, detail-driven, bespoke surveys to clients.
They are not a high-volume operation, completing no more than one building survey per day per surveyor, and offering a personalised full-access service, walking clients and their representatives through findings and assisting with any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties within London.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through property transactions with a focus on personalised service.
• Maintain and collaborate with key referring partners to enhance business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the culture and growth of the firm.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation with 2+ years of experience in residential property surveying and valuation within London.
• Ideally has Level 3 Building Survey experience, but not essential, VRS registered.
• Resides within the M25, with easy access to London.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality services and thrives in a hands-on role.
• Keen to expand and grow a network of clientele and referring partners.
