Job Title: Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: 95,000 - 110,000 basic salary plus extensive company package

A UK leading MEP Building Services Contractor have been growing year on year for a significant period of time securing themselves a reputable position on the top 30 M&E contractors awards list. Due to this business growth, my client is seeking a senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead a major 30 million commerical development in the heart of London on behalf a tier one principal contractor. With the project being in the pre-construction stage currently, this project is set to commence within the next 4 months.

What we're looking for:
- In a Senior M&E quantity Surveyor role with example of successful project delivery upwards of 10 million M&E value.
- Commerical project experience from inception till completion.
- Career longevity.
- Client facing and career driven looking to progress.
- Within a journey time of 1 hour 30 minutes to Central London.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Duties include but are not limited to the following, preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control.
- Advise on a procurement strategy.
- Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
- Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
- Allocate work to subcontractors.
- Provide advice on contractual claims.
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
- Value completed work and arrange payments.
