Shift Building Maintenance Electrician

Shift Building Maintenance Electrician is required to join an FM Services Providers established commercial maintenance team at their flagship building based on Bishopsgate, London

Candidates must have City and Guilds, NVQLevel 3 or equivalent, as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, small lighting installations, changing sockets, data points, bms checks, fault finding back to fuse boards and distribution boards, riser inspections, disconnecting pumps and motors, general maintenance duties, making safe, general paperwork and escorting sub-contractors.

Hours are 7-7 nights and days 4 on /4 off.
