We are looking for an experienced building services to join one of our biggest clients team.

Job title: Shift Engineer

Location: Kings Cross, Central London

Shift Pattern: 4on/4off days and nights

Hours: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

Salary: 50,000 to 52,000

Team of 10

Main Duties:

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Planned Maintenance
  • Responding to emergency maintenance such as outages and floods.
  • Visual checks on power systems
  • Inspecting electrical equipment for loose connections and overheating
  • Inspecting and testing electrical equipment
  • Working within a critical plant environment
  • Keeping accurate records on completed or raised maintenance via PDA taablets and log books
  • Assisting with contractors on site with permits, RAMs and walkarounds
  • Servicing AHU's, Fan Coil Units etc.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5+ Years within Building Maintenance
  • Fully Qualified (NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 within Electrical Installations)
  • 18th Edition will be required
  • You will be expected to provide 1 reference prior to interviews
