A leading FM company with contracts in Hospitals, high end offices, and other commercial buildings, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer based in Victoria, London paid up to 45k basic dependant on experience. Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be:

• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be covering a 2 static sites near London Victoria
• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be performing PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant, Emergency lighting checks, Battery drain downs, lamping and small remedial works on electrical power
• Static Electrical Bias Building Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's.
• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be benefit from a basic salary up to 45k + lots of overtime available all year round + package

Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will have:

• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be eager to learn and progress their career.
• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will have experience and knowledge in building services
• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be living within a commutable distance of Victoria, London
• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will have an electrical qualification and understanding of building services PPM's
• Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer who have completed quotation and RAMS is an advantage

Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 45k basic + lots of overtime all year round + package
