ROLE – Electromechanical Technician LOCATION – West London TERM - PermanentSALARY- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience My client is a specialist manufacturer. They are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join their team in West London on a permanent basis.   The Electromechanical Technician will ideally have the following attributes:
  • Ideally be experienced building high precision products and parts
  • Modelmaking experience
  • Knowledge of welding, machining, fine assembly, vacuum forming and plastic moulding
  • Knowledge of a variety of materials – sheet metal, timber, injection moulded plastics, 3D printed parts etc. 
  • A background in Manufacture would be beneficial 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Team player
The Electromechanical Technician role will involve:
  • Assembly of a variety of electromechanical equipment and systems
  • Working to procedures and instructions
  • Working with copper and brass – soldering and brazing
  • Testing and fault-finding
  • Repair and calibration 
  • Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issues
