What Youll Be Doing as a Graduate Engineer:

• Assisting in process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supporting cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Conducting internal audits, inspections, and reporting findings to help drive continuous improvement.
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure components meet required specifications and standards.
• Assisting in the creation, review, and update of technical documents, including work instructions, procedures, and reports.
• Providing support in data collection and analysis to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure project goals are met.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical and professional skills.

What Were Looking For in a Graduate Engineer:

• Degree educated in an Engineering Discipline.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Good understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation.
