Senior Platform Engineer – London – AWS
Are you an experienced Platform Engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a leading FinTech client in London who is expanding their team and seeking a talented Senior Platform Engineer to help shape the future of their platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing enterprise-grade hybrid cloud environments. Collaborating closely with the platform and application engineering teams, you'll deploy resilient, secure, and scalable AWS infrastructure to support the release of cutting-edge new products. Your focus will be on implementing DevOps technologies and processes, including containerization, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and driving automation and standardization to minimize administrative overhead.
You will play a key role in establishing metrics, implementing monitoring systems, and ensuring robust security measures are in place to meet operational objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong cloud background, especially in AWS, as you’ll be working on the full lifecycle of AWS services, optimizing components and ensuring everything works seamlessly together.
Tech Stack: AWS, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab, RDS, S3, DynamoBD, EBS, Linux, Bash, Python.
Experience with enterprise-grade applications is highly advantageous.
